- As HR Generalist
- To maintain and update HR related policies and procedure from time to time and keep up the market changes.
- To maintain industrial harmony, internal communication and managing workers grievances, disciplinary and handling any related dispute matters up to industrial court.
- To conduct salary review and survey and alert the management on competitive remuneration package in order to keep attractiveness to staff.
- To take care of staff welfare, benefits and company activities implementation and maintain staff morale and motivational level
- To oversee company training & development plan and evaluate training effectiveness
- To handle and administer customers social audits and ensure company in compliance with set requirements.
- To execute necessary improvement plans on HR matters.
- To compile HR monthly report and update report as when required by the management
- To perform any other duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Minimum Degree in HRM or related
- Minimum 7 years working experience in Manufacturing
- Well verse on HR knowledge and posses skills on HR policy & procedure setting
Candidate must willing to work at Pulau Indah, Port Klang
