Qualifications :

  • Preferred minimum 2 years experience in F&B

Operational Management:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Implement and monitor operational procedures to maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety.
  • Ensure that all equipment and facilities are properly maintained and in good working condition.

Staff Management:

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of staff members, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Motivate and lead the team to achieve individual and collective goals, fostering a positive work environment.

Customer Service:

  • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, addressing any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Maintain a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in the outlet, ensuring that customers feel valued and satisfied.

Sales and Marketing:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve financial targets.
  • Monitor sales performance and analyze trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities, events, and campaigns that drive traffic and sales.

Inventory and Stock Management:

  • Manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is ordered, received, and stored correctly.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and minimize waste through effective inventory management.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and maintain strong relationships.

Financial Management:

  • Monitor the outlet’s financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring that financial targets are met or exceeded.
  • Handle cash flow management, including overseeing cash handling procedures and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.

Compliance and Safety:

  • Ensure that the outlet complies with all relevant health and safety regulations, including food safety, hygiene, and labor laws.
  • Implement and monitor safety procedures to protect staff and customers from potential hazards.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Reporting and Communication:

  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, inventory, and other key metrics to senior management.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and human resources, to coordinate activities and share information.
  • Represent the outlet in meetings and liaise with stakeholders to address any operational concerns.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify areas for improvement in operations, customer service, and staff performance, and implement necessary changes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
