This role is responsible in supervising and improving production at plants so that the manufacturing process runs as efficiently as possible while ensuring equipment is in good working order. In addition, to draw up food & workplace safety protocols, report issues to the Manager and develop strategies to improve efficiency and profit.
You will play the important role in:
- To manage the production activity to comply sales business demands in an efficient & lean ways and satisfy customer requirement and food safety aspects.
- To manage, lead, develop and continually improve production team performance to achieve departmental objectives.
- To attend coordination meeting to liaise with other departments to troubleshoot problems.
- To ensure staffs adopt established WI & SOP in packing process.
- To ensure effective use of production workforce, consumable materials, utilities in packing process.
- 6To keep plant in clean and tidy condition.
What you will need to succeed in this role:-
- Degree in engineering (Manufacturing/Chemical) or Food Science related.
- Fresh graduate candidates are encourage to apply.
- Basic knowledge in food plant equipment during the internship and AUTOCAD drawing will be added advantages.
