Responsibilities :

  • Perform daily data entry and data management tasks
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
  • Update and maintain databases with new information or changes as needed.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and productivity targets.
  • Generate departmental reports and administrate maintenance team daily workloads.
  • Assist in sorting mail, filing, manage & maintain database and scheduling meetings.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as required.

Required Skills :

  • Possess at least SPM, Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Administration and Management or equivalent.
  • Computer literate; have the knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proactive, resourceful, responsible, responsive and flexible to changes.
  • Able to multi-task and adapt to a fast pace environment.
  • Practice good reporting / updating to superior at all times.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English & Mandarin.
