Responsibilities :
- Perform daily data entry and data management tasks
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Update and maintain databases with new information or changes as needed.
- Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and productivity targets.
- Generate departmental reports and administrate maintenance team daily workloads.
- Assist in sorting mail, filing, manage & maintain database and scheduling meetings.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
Required Skills :
- Possess at least SPM, Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Administration and Management or equivalent.
- Computer literate; have the knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proactive, resourceful, responsible, responsive and flexible to changes.
- Able to multi-task and adapt to a fast pace environment.
- Practice good reporting / updating to superior at all times.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in English & Mandarin.
