Job Scope :-
- Assist management in recruitment ads and team onboarding.
- Support management in administrative task involving team attendance and update.
- Update on sales team (external & internal) daily / monthly result and issue pay-out for sales commissions.
- Handling management of payroll and expenses update using system provided.
- Liaise with third party such as Co-Sec, consultant and independent contractors for their services / queries.
- Performing clerical and admin tasks such as receiving calls, arranging appointments and ordering workplace supplies.
Criteria :
- Minimum 2 tahun pengalaman dalam bidang berkaitan
- Seorang yang detail-oriented
- Structured person
- Ada pengalaman bekerja bersama SME
- Seorang yang matang
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
