Job Scope :-

  • Assist management in recruitment ads and team onboarding.
  • Support management in administrative task involving team attendance and update.
  • Update on sales team (external & internal) daily / monthly result and issue pay-out for sales commissions.
  • Handling management of payroll and expenses update using system provided.
  • Liaise with third party such as Co-Sec, consultant and independent contractors for their services / queries.
  • Performing clerical and admin tasks such as receiving calls, arranging appointments and ordering workplace supplies.

Criteria :

  • Minimum 2 tahun pengalaman dalam bidang berkaitan
  • Seorang yang detail-oriented
  • Structured person
  • Ada pengalaman bekerja bersama SME
  • Seorang yang matang

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
