A start-up energy company is looking for a strong HR Manager to set the foundation for the company's growth in the market
Your new role
As the HR Manager, you will need to be adaptable, capable of leading discussions, and steering projects effectively. They are seeking someone to establish and manage HR processes, as a solid foundation is crucial to their success. Additionally, managing stakeholders is critical in this industry and highly prioritized. This role also offers the chance to collaborate with international companies and prominent names in the pharmaceutical sector.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to qualify for this role, you must have:
- Start-up experience (Advantage to have Start-up background)
- A minimum of 8 years' HRBP experience
- A strong understanding of manpower planning/ budgeting, performance review and vast experience in employee relations.
- A strong background in Payroll
- A clear understanding of HR culture and sourcing requirements.
- A need to be the point of contact for all related HR matters.
- Understanding of managing employees under your business portfolio.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), supervisory and public relations skills.
