Warehouse Executive / Supervisor

About Sinar Gemilang:

Sinar Gemilang operates poultry processing facilities that include a slaughterhouse, cutting room, cold room, and additional processing areas. Our slaughterhouses are equipped to handle the entire process from slaughtering, dressing, and cleaning to chilling, cutting, and deboning. .

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

• Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of products to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Maintain inventory records and monitor stock rotation to prevent spoilage.
• Manage inventory discrepancies and ensure efficient stock management.
• Regularly check stock levels and ensure they are accurate.
• Control the disposal of products following proper procedures.

Quality Control:

• Ensure all products are stored and handled according to the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Regularly inspect warehouse areas to maintain cleanliness and adherence to hygiene standards.

Order Fulfillment:

• Supervise order picking, packing, and shipment processes to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to meet delivery schedules.

Warehouse Operations:

• Implement and maintain warehouse policies and procedures, including safety protocols.
• Optimize warehouse layout and workflow to maximize efficiency and minimize operational costs.

Equipment Maintenance:

• Ensure all warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and refrigeration units, are properly maintained and in good working condition.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance as needed.

Stock Management:

• Keep stock dates up to date and ensure timely updates to relevant departments such as sales, finance, and production.
• Provide accurate and timely stock information to support decision-making across departments.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management or inventory control.
• Proven experience in warehouse management or inventory control.
• Work schedule: 6 days per week.
• Must be willing to work in Simpang Renggam.
