Job Responsibilities:

  • Bilingual communication: Fluent in both Chinese and English to ensure seamless communication with clients and the team.
  • Software proficiency: Willingness and ability to learn new software, handling internal systems and customer management tools.
  • Phone communication: Handle phone inquiries, answer customer questions, and coordinate cleaning service arrangements.
  • Customer support: Understand and address customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
  • Document management: Maintain client files, organize daily documents and reports.

Job Requirements:

  • Fluent in both spoken and written Chinese and English.
  • Strong learning ability, able to quickly adapt and become proficient in company systems and software.
  • Prior experience in phone customer service or related fields is preferred.
  • Patience, ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
