You will Plan an important role:

  • Work closely with Managers & Executive Director to get things done
  • Payroll processing and liaise with the statutory officer (eg. EPF, SOCSO,EIS, LHDN, HRDCorp) for any queries from staff with regards to statutory matters.
  • Liaise with the bank officer for any matters that related to the company matters & arranging account opening for the new staff.
  • Maintain and update of employee personal information file.
  • Leave management – Checking attendance record in order to update on any absenteeism, unpaid leave, resignation and new staff.
  • Recruitment –Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process.
  • Conducting orientation for new staff & process performance reviews for staff confirmation.
  • Supervise the maintenance of office equipment / building facilities, managing an annual event at the office and handle any other admin-related matters.
  • Organize & arrange for the meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
  • Responsible for monthly sales & collection commission calculation for sales team.
  • Responsible for monthly statutory submission to government statutory board
  • Well versed with Sarawak & Sabah Labor Ordinance, Employment Act and other related legislation.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years experience in HR & Admin related matters
  • Bachelor Degree preferred, or equivalent
  • Able to keep confidential information
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision as well as good team player
  • Able to plan and carry out duty diligently and maintain best HR practices
  • Able to travelling occasionally
  • Multi-tasking capabilities and able to work under pressure
  • An eye for detailed, meticulous and accurate with a highly committed attitude
  • Analytical people oriented, strong sense of urgency, reliable, high integrity, good interpersonal skills, resourceful, proactive, accountability and ability to meet tight deadline
  • Able to meet ad-hoc assignment by the management
  • Good communication skills in English and Mandarin
