Quality Control Personnel (QAQC)

Job Requirements:

• Fluent in Mandarin, English and Malay.
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry is required.
• Proficient in CAD drawing, MS, MSA modifications, etc.
• Possess driving license, able to drive.
• Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (8.30am-12.00pm; 2:00pm-6.00pm)

Job Description:

• Responsible for developing and executing the quality management plan, ensuring project quality meets standards and specifications.
• Conduct testing and inspections on materials, processes, and final products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Monitor the resolution of quality issues to ensure timely rectification.
• Perform daily quality inspections to ensure every step of the construction or production process complies with standards.
• Responsible for RFI submissions and documentation closure, and tracking NCR rectification closure.
• Construction process quality inspection and acceptance control.

工作内容：

• 负责制定和执行质量管理计划，确保项目质量符合标准和规范。
• 对材料、工艺和最终产品进行检测和测试，确保符合质量标准。
• 跟踪质量问题的整改情况，确保及时解决。
• 执行日常的质量检查，确保施工或生产过程中的每一步符合标准。
• 负责RFI报验及资料关闭，NCR跟踪整改闭合。
• 过程施工质量检查验收控制。
