Job Description

1. Responsible for maintaining the SMT on-site printing machine, setting and adjusting the temperature of the reflow furnace;

2. Responsible for maintaining the SMT product system's s flow application and developing SOP for job specifications;

3. Responsible for SMT quality control, organizing weekly, monthly, and annual quality reports;

4. Responsible for the education and training of personnel and operators;

5. Responsible for corresponding customer audits and corresponding customer complaints;

Other Requirements

  • Proficient in Office software [Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook]
  • Priority given to having experience in SMT process management, proficient in spoken language, and strong oral expression skills;
  • Those with experience in document development and opening of SMT steel mesh and fixture tools will be given priority;
  • Priority will be given to those who have corresponding customer audits and produce customer complaint reports;
  • Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, able to withstand work pressure
  • It is necessary to comply with the company's work regulations and can be transferred day and night shifts;
