Role Overview:

As our Social Media Manager/Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be the voice of Domasports. You’ll manage our social media platforms, create engaging content, and execute digital marketing strategies that resonate with our audience. Your on-camera presence and communication skills will help us connect with customers and promote our brand effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Oversee Domasports' social media accounts, crafting engaging posts and maintaining a consistent brand voice.
  • On-Camera Presence: Act as the spokesperson in promotional videos and live events, showcasing products and engaging with the audience.
  • Content Planning: Develop and manage a monthly content calendar for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Digital Marketing Campaigns: Create and execute online marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales.
  • Customer Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to inquiries, and build a community around the brand.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Analyze engagement metrics and campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed.

SOP (Standard Operating Procedures): Social Media Manager/Digital Marketing Specialist

1. Onboarding & Strategy Development (Month 1)

  • Kick-off Meeting: Meet with the Managing Director to understand brand goals and target audience.
  • Competitor Analysis: Research competitors’ social media strategies to identify best practices and gaps.
  • Content Calendar Creation: Develop a monthly content calendar for social media and marketing campaigns.

2. Content Creation & Management (Month 2-3)

  • Social Media Posts: Create engaging captions and posts aligned with the content calendar.
  • Video Content: Record and edit promotional videos, collaborating with the designer for visuals.
  • Engagement: Actively interact with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly.

3. Campaign Execution (Month 4)

  • Launch Marketing Campaigns: Execute online marketing strategies, including paid ads and promotions.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze engagement metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.

4. Collaboration & Feedback (Ongoing)

  • Team Collaboration: Regularly meet with the content and branding designer for alignment on visual and messaging strategies.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather insights from social media interactions to inform content and product development.

5. Reporting & Strategy Refinement (Ongoing)

  • Monthly Reports: Prepare reports on social media performance, presenting insights and recommendations to the Managing Director.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
