Work Experience:

  • At least 1 year of experience in Malaysia's import and export operations；
  • Be familiar with the import and export customs clearance process and commodity registration related knowledge of Malaysia Customs
  • Be familiar with the relevant laws and regulations of Malaysia's import and export activities, and have a strong concept of trade compliance
  • Be familiar with LMW customs affairs management and submit monthly reports

Professional Requirements:

  • Work seriously, meticulously, with a strong sense of responsibility, as well as abnormal matters of the strain processing capacity
    Good interpersonal skills and able to establish a good relationship with Customs
  • With excellent Excel, Power Point and other office skills, Fluent in English, able to speak Mandarin priority

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor in industrial business administration

Language Requirements:

  • Fluent in English
  • Professional Working Proficiency in Malay
  • Professional Working Proficiency in Chinese [able to speak Chinese will be given priority]

Job Description:

1. According to the goods delivery schedule to produce import and export customs declaration related documents and audit, then provide to customs broker for customs declaration and release procedures

2. Responsible for the customs clearance of import and export goods and vehicle transport links abnormal handling, timely communication and coordination with customs brokers

3. Responsible for maintenance and management of commodity registration for import and export

4. handle various customs permit for import and export goods

5. Responsible for the processing and archiving of customs declarations for import and export goods

6. Complete other work assigned by your supervisor
