Responsibilities:

• Create and put into place regionally coordinated programs and frameworks that promote process re-engineering for increased productivity and efficiency, standardization and application of standards, and sharing of best practices to enhance the performance of contract logistics operations.
• Encourage a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing improvements using accepted industry-leading tools, techniques, and methodologies (with an emphasis on business-aligned LEAN, 6Sigma, and Industrial Engineering approaches).
• Make sure that Business Architecture is highly collaborative across all functions, especially Operations, in order to maximize the efficiencies that come from opportunities for digitization.
• Provide guidance that facilitates the creation and implementation of business architecture strategies and roadmaps tailored to specific regions and markets, while guaranteeing congruence with the organization's overarching strategic goals.
• Ensure the development and implementation of quality management systems and processes to meet the
  company's quality objectives and compliance obligations.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards, including but not limited to, ISO
  9001 and 14001, OHSAS 18001, TAPA and relevant customer and supplier quality requirements
• Create and maintain a functional skills matrix, analyze training needs, and create and implement efficient training programs covering the hard and soft skills, project management disciplines, leadership, operations, technology, financial and commercial management, and necessary business processes.
• Make sure that training and coaching meet the needs of the company as well as the needs of the individual for personal growth.
• Sustain a methodical approach to coaching and training so that resources can reach greater levels of expertise, competencies, and skills in appropriate and realistic timeframes.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, logistics and supply chain, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a senior operations leadership role, including site P&L
  accountability, with a proven track record of delivering operational excellence across multiple functions
  and teams.
• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
• Experience in developing and implementing continuous improvement programs (e.g. LEAN or 6Sigma) and driving a culture of continuous improvement.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to coach and oversee team members, and directly manage complex projects as required
• Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams and to manage resources effectively, both directly and remotely
