Operation Manager (Mutu Case)

Goal: To ensure efficient and effective operations for outlets and events. You will work closely with Sales & Marketing Manager, Creative Director and Wholesale Manager. * A fan of Mutu Case, our product, and our values * Proficient in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics. * Good portfolio in art and design is a plus * Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently. * Familiarity with inventory management, sales analysis, and customer service principles. * Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends during peak production periods. Jobscope: * Listen to design needs, come up with ideas * Discuss the product samples and designs * Performing QC on pre - production sample, sample shoot, & bulk product * Ensure accurate stock management and minimize shrinkage. * Analyze sales reports and develop strategies to achieve sales targets. * Consistently improve operational processes to enhance store profitability.
