Sales Executive
4. Have a deep understanding of the fabrics and textile products the company. This includes knowledge of different types of fabrics, their applications, quality standards, and pricing.
5. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize sales potential.
6. Prepare and submit proposals, quotations and sales contracts in accordance with company policies and procedures.
7. Coordinate with other departments like customer service, warehouse and finance
8. Addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues that customers may have.
Job Requirements:
1. Tertiary Education with Diploma or Bachelor's degree
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with sales experience in selling architectural products / interior decorative products to architect and designer circle and experience in contract materials, textiles, furniture or wallcovering and an established presence with architects and designers would be an advantage.
3. Good interpersonal skills are required, including a willingness to work with many nationalities, communicate within the regional team, and be comfortable and bold on calling the director-level customers and owners.
4. Must be cooperative and productive
5. Goal driven, and customers orientated
6. Able to speak several languages with good written English, Bahasa Malaysia.
Sales Manager
1. Sales Management Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base and market share
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing training, guidance, and motivation to ensure their success
2. Business Development Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including attending industry events and networking with potential clients
- Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
3. Market Analysis and Decision Support Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales and promotional materials
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor information to make informed business decisions
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably within the hospitality or interior design industry
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and meeting or surpassing KPIs
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients
- Strong strategic planning and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin or other relevant languages preferred
