Senior Account & HR Executive

Finance: 1. Handle full set of accounts and endure timely closure of management accounts. 2. Maintain proper accounting records and filing system. 3. Manage accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, payroll processing, and tax filing. 4. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency. 5. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. 6. To liaise with the Auditors, Bankers and Tax Agents pertaining to accounts and tax matters. 7. To maintain proper financial reports and filing system. 8. To handle other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management. Human Resources: 1. Oversee and review the end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and employee relations. 2. Ensure that HR policies and procedures are developed, implemented, and compliant with local labor laws and company standards. 3. Monitor and guide recruitment efforts, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and the overall hiring process. 4. Review and supervise the administration of employee benefits programs, such as allowance claims and leave management. 5. Oversee the handling of staff disciplinary issues, including counseling sessions, disciplinary actions, terminations, and other employee-related matters. 6. Ensure the accuracy of payroll data through effective leave management oversight. 7. Maintain oversight of employee records and HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. 8. Supervise the payroll processing and statutory payments, liaising with relevant statutory departments as needed. 9. Oversee the administration of performance reviews, coordinating review periods with team leaders.
