- Collaborate with the Sales Team for Team Building Activities - Plan, execute, facilitate, and oversee the Bangi Challenge and other team-building activities.
- Conduct Farm Tours - Lead farm activities and tours on a weekly basis or as requested by guests.
- Manage Guest Inquiries and Complaints During Events - Respond to guest concerns promptly and professionally, providing resolutions that enhance their experience and satisfaction.
- Promote Positive Guest Interactions - Foster a welcoming and fun atmosphere that encourages guest participation and enhances their overall stay experience.
