1.0 Responsibility & Authority 1.1. Responsible to attending customer complaint for product quality matters; 1.2. Verify customer complaint on product non-conformity as compared to customer approval/golden sample; 1.3. Responsible for arranging manpower to conduct sorting/rework at customer site; 1.4. Manage rework worker work effectiveness and efficiency while conduct sorting/rework; 1.5. Responsible for stock declaration upon customer complaint to prevent leak out to customer before sorting/rework; 1.6. Responsible to notify customer on internal detection non-conformity; 1.7. Communicate effectively with all internal / intra-department in relation to meeting customer's requirement; 1.8. Responsible to register customer provided product’s drawing and related product details before distribution; 1.9. Discuss with customer on the disposition for non-conforming product found at customer site; 1.10. Responsible for non-conforming product returns and it's disposition; 1.11. Support sales team to adhere to the sales and urgent parts delivery to prevent customer production disruption; 1.12. Perform ad-hoc project and other duties as and when required 1.13. Responsible to segregate all type wastes into general waste, recyclable waste, and scheduled wastes, and dispose it accordingly to type of waste containers / bins provided. 1.14. Ensure every waste container / bins shall be labelled with clear language and warning sign, pictograms of waste categories. 1.15. Scheduled wastes shall be stored in separated containers / bins and placed in separate secondary containment areas (if applicable) and shall always be closed during storage. 2.0 QMS Documented Information Maintaining 2.1.
