Tasks & responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and Design: Develop creative concepts and designs for marketing materials, including advertisements,brochures,social media content, and in-store displays. Collaborate with marketing teams to understand project objectives, ensuring designs align with our brand image and marketing goals.
  • Visual Content Creation: Create compelling visual content for various platforms, such as social media, websites, email campaigns, and digital ads. Design and produce print materials such as posters, flyers, banners, and packaging to enhance the in-store shopping experience.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to the company’s brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all marketing materials and store displays. Update and maintain internal databases of designs, photography, and video assets to ensure easy access and consistency.
  • In-Store Display and Merchandising: Design and implement eye-catching in-store displays and signage that highlight new arrivals, promotions, and seasonal collections. Work closely with the merchandising team to ensure displays effectively showcase products and drive sales.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality. Coordinate with printers, vendors, and other external partners to ensure the timely production of marketing materials.
  • Review and Editing: Review final layouts and suggest improvements if required. Prepare rough drafts and present ideas for feedback and approval, making necessary adjustments based on feedback.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, software, and technologies to ensure our marketing materials remain fresh and innovative. Continuously develop new skills and techniques through research, education, and attending industry events.

Qualifications & experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative design solutions that attract and engage customers.
