Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Logistic Executive to join our team at IMIKA. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire process of ordering, preparing, managing, and distributing stock to 108 branches nationwide. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient stock movement, timely deliveries, and effective stock management to support our growing network of branches.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor inventory levels across all branches.
- Coordinate the ordering process to ensure timely restocking.
- Prepare stock for distribution, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
- Organize and oversee the distribution of stock to 108 branches, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure stock availability and address any supply chain issues.
- Monitor logistics performance and suggest improvements for efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements and ensure data integrity.

Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
- Proven experience in logistics, inventory management, or supply chain operations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
