Job Description

We have job openings for Technical Support and Software Support function. Both are full-time on-site role for Ritma Prestasi. The candidates will have the opportunity to provide technical support and assistance related to software applications and systems within the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. IT Technical Support
  • To implement, administer and execute all IT activities and functions for Ritma and its subsidiaries
  • Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Manage system security, user permissions, and SQL database
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues or devices. Perform regular maintenance and repairs
  • Evaluate and implement efficient IT solutions, including system enhancements
  • Negotiate contracts with manufacturers or suppliers for hardware, and ensure timely support
  • Monitoring and maintaining server, computer system and network system regarding the performance and security measures
  • Assist in software installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
  1. IT Software Support
  • To implement, administer and execute all IT activities and functions for Ritma and its subsidiaries
  • Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Install, configure and upgrade software applications on user devices and servers
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to software applications.
  • Manage software licenses, ensuring compliance with licensing agreements
  • Participate in software-related projects, valuate and implement efficient IT solutions, including system enhancements
  • Work closely with software vendors to implement software solutions
  • Monitoring and maintaining software applications regarding software enhancement, updates, patch management and security measures
