Position Overview:

As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to explore and support various functions within Human Resources, including Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and Learning & Development. You will work closely with experienced HR professionals and gain valuable insights into the day-to-day operations of the telecommunications industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Assist in organizing recruitment events such as career fairs and campus hiring initiatives.
  • Participate in the execution of talent management strategies, including employee performance evaluations and succession planning.
  • Maintain records related to employee performance, talent reviews, and engagement programs.
  • Help design, coordinate, and execute training and development programs, including onboarding sessions.
  • Track employee participation in training sessions, monitor feedback, and assist in evaluating the effectiveness of L&D initiatives.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure training aligns with company goals.
  • Communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders, providing support throughout the hiring process and ensuring a positive experience.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
