Senior Executive/Executive, IT (Infrastructure)

Job Responsibilities :

Infrastructure Support:

• Assist in all infrastructure project implementation.
• Assist in project documentation in accordance to the organisation’s project management methodology and templates.
• Involve in penetration testing and vulnerability assessment activities.

Infrastructure Design:

• Assist in evaluating solutions that can bring improvements to the organization’s infrastructure.
• Identify improvement areas and suggest methods to improve the infrastructure.

Routine Tasks:

• Monitor the infrastructure and network devices to ensure smooth operation connection.
• Monitor and ensure IT inventory is always up-to-date.
• Track and maintain servers and network devices are functioning in tiptop condition.

Documentation:

• Prepare and update infrastructure documentation to be aligned with the actual set up.

Ad Hoc Assignment:

• To perform other duties as assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements:

• At least a Diploma in Computer related studies.
• Microsoft and network related certification are added advantage.
• At least 3 years working in networking or IT infrastructure field.
• Have good records in managing and monitoring infrastructure devices.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team of professional peers and vendors.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good analytical skills to identify issues and bottleneck.
• Good analysis and detection skill to identify possible breach attempt into infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience in setting up, managing and maintaining Microsoft network.
• Able to analyze and identify possible/potential hardware failure from the device logs.
• Good team player
• Microsoft Office : Excel, Word, PowerPoint knowledge.
