Project Manager/Executive

· Organize and prepare site setting up.

· Identify and initial action to resolves all construction detail flaws.

· Identify and propose better and more efficient method of

· construction and seek architect / designers' approval.

· Provide solutions to design and construction problems encountered by workman.

· Prepare all drawings necessary for the construction purpose and

· distribute to site coordinator, sub contractor and factory.

· Organize site meetings and attend all project related meetings.

· Accompany architect / design / client off site for reviewing and selection of material.

· Ensure that proper construction methods are carried out by workman, sub-contractor, nominated contractors.

· Identify and initiate actions to prevent the occurrence of unnecessary site construction flaws and defects.

· Reply all enquiries and letter/email received pertaining to project.

· Ensure site safety measures are observed.

· Ensure all works are within schedule.

· Ensure that the site is smoothly handed over to client.

· Able to work outstation if needed.

· To prepare presentation slides for tender interview.

· Prepare as-built upon hand over of project.

· Prepare shop drawing for approval & signed off.

· Ensure appropriate resolution to clients and designers' complaints that all actions are implemented and carried out.

· Sum up all variation works in relation to main contract.

· Regular check in regards to factory production or other in-house production.

· Conduct visit and check at sub-contractor's factory if mass production is done off-site.

Requirement:

• Possess at least Diploma/ Degree in Interior Design or related
• Preferable with at least 1 year of experience in ID industries.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Fluent in English.
• Driving license and own transport.
