We seek an Implementation/Consulting Manager to join our organization. The ideal candidate will play a major role in managing and nurturing relationships within the rapidly evolving landscape of the financial industry, including cryptocurrency, digital assets, investment funds, FinTech's, and payment institutions. The candidate will have the opportunity to collaborate with industry experts, engage with diverse clients, and contribute to the advancement of operational strategies within the context of emerging financial technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating as the primary point of contact for any matters specific to your accounts;
  • Building and maintaining strong and long-lasting customer relationships;
  • Engage and providing consultations with clients through various channels, including physical meetings, e-meetings, phone calls, chats, and emails;
  • Collaborate with foreign agents, notaries, lawyers, and governmental bodies (such as the business registry and financial regulators);
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions to the client's needs and objectives;
  • Structuring and closing deals;
  • Ensure successful deal closures while providing clients with an exceptional customer experience;
  • Managing sales activities targeting both B2C and B2B clients;
  • Prepare reports on account status;
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and arrange in-person consultations when required;
  • Foster positive and professional relationships with clients;
  • Resolving customer complaints and needs;
  • Manage business correspondence effectively;
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed;
  • Monitor incoming inquiries and ensure timely responses, updating the CRM system accordingly.
  • Exploring emerging market products;
  • Developing sales strategies;
  • Undertaking development projects in collaboration with management;
  • Concluding contracts.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in client management or other relevant experience;
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and exert persuasive and effective influence at all levels of an organization, including senior and mid-level executives;
  • Experience in developing solutions that are focused on customer needs;
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail;
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent work experience;
  • Work experience in the related field 1-3 years;
  • Proficient in English language (Knowledge of other languages is an advantage);
  • Motivated for professional growth and development within the company;
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a sense of responsibility;
  • Successful previous experience in sales and marketing;
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
