Store & Operation Assistant Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES :

· To oversee the overall operations of the warehouse & production in compliance with company’s policies and vision; and

· To review and formulate standard operating procedures and Company’s control system, so as to minimize operating costs, to ensure efficient inventory movement and security system of the store, including ISO and industrial standards; and

· To train and to motivate staff so as to increase the level of staff performance for future manpower need and new store set-up/ expansion; and

· Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment. Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization; and

· Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities. Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc); and

· Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided; and

· Coordinate with respective departments to ensure smooth running of daily tasks; and

· Perform any other related duties which are assigned by superior from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS :

· At least 3-5+ years of warehouse management experience; and

· Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures & best practices; and

· Experienced in warehousing complying to ISO & industrial standards; and

· Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls; and

· Ability to operate forklift effectively; and

· Proficient computer skills, leadership, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills; and

· Strong leadership and customer management abilities; and

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
