To assist superior in overseeing the operations of one or more of the Hotel’s F & B Outlets. To assist superior in managing staff and training new staff to ensure that they are performing their jobs correctly. Your duties may include but not limited to setting up the outlet, taking orders, delivering meals and cleaning tables. Handling billing and payments. You will also be responsible to run the drinks preparation section of the kitchen. Ensuring the outlet runs in the most effective and efficient manner and ensuring the safety and comfort of staff and guests as well as ensuring guests satisfaction and Hotel’s standards are met. Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked. Ensuring that all equipment used is in safe working order, checked regularly and any faults reported to management, ensure equipment is not used until safe. Monitoring the restaurant’s cash flow and settling outstanding bills. Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner. Providing customer service by answering questions about menu items or suggesting items based on customer preferences. Organizing and delivering events and functions to the required standards. Ensure the proper image is being maintained by all team members with respect to grooming, uniform standards and personal hygiene. You may also be assigned other administrative and/or operational duties from time to time by the Management.
