- Measure and report warehousing activity and employee performance
- Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas
- Ensure accurate storage and location of inventory
- Maintain accuracy in shipments and inventory transactions
- Communicate job expectations and coach employees
- Interface with customers to address questions or issues
- Record items, document information, and use reports to track warehouse status
- Identify areas for improvement and adjust work procedures
- Manage workload distribution among team members
- Focus on improving team productivity and efficiency
- Coordinate effectively with customers
- Conduct quality inspections during various stages of production
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management

- Candidates must poses at least Certificate, Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years working experience in warehouse and logistics managerial role
- Willing to learn, positive attitude, and able to work under pressure to meet targets.
- Fast learner and hardworking, disciplined, team leadership
- Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Working hours : 9am to 5:30pm
