Key Responsibilities: *Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the logistics team, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence. *Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate records related to shipments, inventory, and operational procedures while ensuring compliance with company policies. *Communication: Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to facilitate communication and promptly address inquiries. *Process Optimization: Assist in identifying opportunities to improve administrative workflows and implement efficient processes. *Reporting: Support the generation of operational reports and maintain databases to assist management in decision-making. *Problem-Solving: Address administrative issues proactively, providing timely solutions to enhance overall workflow efficiency. *Team Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to support cross-functional operations and align with business objectives. *Customer Service: Contribute to maintaining high customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and ensuring quality service delivery. Requirements: *Educational Qualification: Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. *Experience: Relevant experience in administrative roles, preferably within a logistics or supply chain environment.
