Job Description

  • To achieve recruitment, production and overall manpower target set by the Management
  • Implement and organize sales events, workshops, seminars, roadshows to improve sales activity and production
  • To coach and develop Takaful Specialist and Bank Sales Staff in product knowledge and sales competencies
  • To engage and motivate Takaful Specialist and Bank Sales Staff to ensure they are always at top producing mode.
  • To conduct Takaful Specialist's sales performance validation on monthly basis and execute Performance Improvement Plan to manage under performance staff
  • To drive recruitment of Takaful Specialist with HR Team and conduct interview for shortlisted candidates
  • To assist HOD to mentor the Business Development Assistant Manager on the planning and execution of action plan to drive the business and projects
  • Liaise with Operations team to resolve pending cases and follow up with the Takaful Specialist and Bank Sales Staff
  • To assist and support Takaful Specialist and Bank Sales Staff in any issues arising from the sales tool and sales staff workstation set-up
  • To attend and solve customer complaints that are related to the Takaful Specialists and bank sales staff conducts
  • To participate in the initiatives to drive the improvement of the overall process and turnaround time to further improve the service level to partners and customer such as participating in system testing and so on
  • To conduct weekly performance review, monthly meeting with business partner at regional basis
  • Compliance of Group policies, regulatory and Shariah requirements

Job Responsibility

  • Preferred 2 years working experiences
  • Minimum 3 years working experiences in Banca/ Insurance
