1. Build and maintain good relationship with existing and potential customers
2. Handling of sales enquiries for mechanical seals and solving issues or problems that arises
3. Confer with customers, engineers and related department to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements
4. Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support
5. Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery
6. Plan and modify products to meet customer needs
7. Engage with clients solve problems with installed equipment
8 Recommend improved materials or machinery to customers, showing how changes will lower costs or increase production
9. Use technical and commercial knowledge to produce quotation at the interest of company in term of quality, contracts, profit and lead time.
10. To verify inspection finding and ordering form by technician and produce inspection report in a professional manner.
11. Perform after sales support to end user. Such after sales support is but not limited to delivery follow up, installation request, warranty issues, provide consultation on product preservation, etc.
12. To work with Engineering Support group on trouble shooting, root cause analysis and any product re-call from client. Coordinate with client on quality issue raise by client.
13. To keep track of lead time and ensure product delivered within committed lead time.
14. Perform site visit if required or when requested according to company and end user’s safety and security rules and laws.
15. Identify new business opportunity that brings value to the company.
16. To generate related market intelligent from various sources and assist company on getting the benefit.
