Established in 2011, IXI is one of the prominent IT system integrators with headquarters in Kuchai Entrepreneurs Park, Kuala Lumpur. We devote ourselves to conveying satisfying deliverables to our clients from various industries by adopting values that will meet and "Xceed" our client's needs and expectations. Our business is expanding, and we are looking for an Assistant Account Manager to join our organization
Job responsibilities:
1. to source for price comparisons and negotiate for the best price with vendors.
2. generate invoice, DO & vendor PO using SQL.
3. tabulate commission claim for sales team members.
4. daily monitor of client payment and check with client on payout date for outstanding payment.
5. monthly update director on debtor aging.
6. monitor client subscriptions renewal dates and remind sales team for renewals.
7. monitor procurement process from placing order to arranging delivery of products (hardware & software)
8. liaise with Finance dept for payment to vendor.
9. You will be required to undertake any other duties as assigned by superior and management.
Job requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma in related field.
2. Fresh grads are encouraged to apply.
3. Independent and possess a high degree of self-motivation and able to work under pressure and multitasking.
4. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
