Customer Relationship Management: - Build rapport with guests to understand their interests, preferences, and travel plans. - Anticipate guest needs and proactively address concerns to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. - Follow up with guests post-tour to gather feedback and encourage future bookings. Sales Support and Administration: - Process bookings, payments, and maintain accurate guest records. - Collaborate with tour guides, drivers, and other departments to coordinate seamless guest experiences. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tour itineraries, local attractions, and events to provide accurate information to guests.
