CONCIERGE CUM SECURITY

Your duties may include but is not limited to providing bell service for guests of the hotel, pick-ups and deliveries, and handling guest requests. Recognizes customers immediately with a warm and hospitable welcome. Assign in luggage/baggage storing. Patrol the Hotel premises including Lobby, Lounge, all floors, rooftop and basement. Guard and patrol the Hotel premises and/or its vicinity and direct traffic. Respond to emergency situations to provide necessary assistance to employees and customers. Reports directly to Manager on duty all emergency and incidents. You may also be required to monitor the CCTV room and prepare daily report. Understand the customer's needs and provide them with recommendations with outdoor activities and facilities provided by the hotel. To regularly check all parking lot (In front of Hotel & basement area) whether it has been reserved or not and report to Front Office staff on duty. Ensure that the main entrance is attended at all times. Helps keep the entrance, Lobby and related areas clean. You may also be assigned other administrative and/or operational duties from time to time by the Management.
