Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding inventory handling. Administrative Responsibilities: Office Administration: Perform general office duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence. Organize and maintain office files, both physical and digital. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events. Record Keeping: Maintain and update employee records, including attendance and leave records. Manage and process invoices, purchase orders, and expense claims. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other administrative documents. Support Services: Provide administrative support to various departments as needed Handle customer inquiries and provide support as needed. Office Supplies Management: Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, including ordering and restocking as needed. Ensure office equipment is maintained and serviced regularly. Compliance and Policy Adherence: Ensure that administrative and stock-keeping activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations. Implement and enforce safety and security procedures related to stock and office operations.
