Job Descriptions:
The position will support the Marketing Director in developing the marketing plan and digital plan defined for the Asia Pacific Region and all the product development in the Malaysia factory. He/She will work together with the R&D team on new product development. The candidate will also have contact with all the Branches and Area Managers in Asia Pacific supporting their activities and exhibitions in order to increase the brand awareness and boosting the sales on foodservice channels in the region.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create effective relationships with other department
- Manage the product development
- Manage the organization of the company product exhibitions
- Develop marketing folders, brochures, and flyers for sales support
- Manage marketing A&P budgets, evaluate marketing spending and resource allocation
- Analyze the market, consumers, and competitive scenario
- Organize training sessions with the technical support (Chefs) with the sales team
Requirements:
- 10 - 15 years’ experience in Marketing in the food industry
- Excellent English is required together with good communication skills
- Proven ability to build between departments
- Perfect use of PowerPoint and Google slides is a must
- Regional experience is preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
