SALES EXECUTIVE

Sales and Business Development: - Promote and sell jet-skis and related products to prospective customers. - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets. - Identify new business opportunities and build a strong customer base. - Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales. Customer Relationship Management: - Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences. - Provide professional advice and recommendations based on customer requirements. - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. Product Knowledge and Demonstration: - Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of jet-skis to customers. - Conduct test rides and effectively showcase the performance capabilities of different models. - Stay updated on product specifications, pricing, and industry trends. Administrative Tasks: - Prepare sales contracts and documentation accurately. - Maintain records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions in CRM software. - Coordinate with the finance department for payment processing and financing options. Team Collaboration: - Collaborate with colleagues to achieve overall sales goals and customer satisfaction. - Communicate effectively with service and support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. Qualifications and Skills: - Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role, preferably in selling recreational vehicles or watersport equipment. - Strong sales skills with a track record of achieving targets. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Customer-oriented approach and ability to build rapport with clients. - Knowledge of jet-skis, their features, and maintenance requirements is advantageous. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is a plus. Working Conditions: - The position may require working outdoors at times, demonstrating jet-skis to customers. - Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate customer schedules and sales events.
