Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Conduct onboarding programs for new hires
  • Manage exit interviews and formalities for resigning employees

HR Management

  • Oversee contract renewals for contract employees
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS (SQEMS)
  • Support department managers on HR-related matters

Employee Communication

  • Educate employees on HR related matters
  • Address inquiries related to HR

Payroll

  • Basic Payroll Management would be added advantage

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in Human Resource
  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices and Malaysia employment laws
  • Should be able to communicate in English & Mandarin.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
