Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding & Offboarding
- Conduct onboarding programs for new hires
- Manage exit interviews and formalities for resigning employees
HR Management
- Oversee contract renewals for contract employees
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS (SQEMS)
- Support department managers on HR-related matters
Employee Communication
- Educate employees on HR related matters
- Address inquiries related to HR
Payroll
- Basic Payroll Management would be added advantage
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 4+ years of relevant experience in Human Resource
- In-depth knowledge of HR practices and Malaysia employment laws
- Should be able to communicate in English & Mandarin.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
