To ensure machinery motor daily check carry out as per check list To performed Preventive Maintenance as per schedule To respond and carry out plant facility and machinery breakdown maintenance To assist supervisor in carry out project as assigned by the management/superior from time to time To understand the standard procedure, all control boxes to be at clean ,tidy and no bay wire lay on ground or expose risk to others). To carry out mathematic calculation for power consumption and protection requirement to prevent frequent breakdown To apply theoretically trouble shooting method to reduce downtime To report all incident occurance and prevent from re-occurance To handle Oil & grease management properly To handle wiring scrap & damage parts management properly To implement 5S & TPM concept & application on work place To ensure all record properly maintain and updated To ensure all working tools are properly maintain and in good conditions
