JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the shop.
  • Greet customers, assist them with finding products, and offer personalized fashion advice based on their preferences.
  • Ensure products are stocked and organized.
  • Assist with receiving deliveries and restocking items when necessary.
  • Keep the store clean, tidy, and visually appealing to customers.
  • Process sales transactions using the point of sale (POS) system, handle cash, and manage card and QR payments.
  • Address customer concerns and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Help in maintaining the layout and display of products in an attractive manner.
  • Monitor the store for theft or damage and report suspicious activity to the manager.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, manage order requests, and provide product information through WhatsApp promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in coordinating online orders made via WhatsApp with the appropriate team for processing and delivery.
  • Plan, shoot, and edit simple videos tailored for social media platforms (Tiktok, Instagram etc) to promote on retail and wholesale business.
  • Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in retail or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, both in-person and through digital platforms like WhatsApp.
  • Outgoing, comfortable talking to strangers, and confident in front of the camera.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Willing to relocate/travel in Kapar, Klang.

WORKING DAYS & HOURS

  • 6 days per week including Saturday/Sunday.
  • 1 days Rest Day.
  • 10.00am - 6.30pm with 1 hour meal break.
