The HR Executive (C&B) in the Human Resources Department will be one of the key support in the payroll function to ensure a smooth, efficient and accurate payroll processes.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Maintaining payroll information by collating, calculating and entering employee data accurately.
- Updating payroll records by entering any changes to employee information or compensation and benefits.
- Preparing salary summary reports that include summaries of earnings, tax deductions, leave and others.
- Resolving payroll discrepancies and proactively answering any employee payroll queries.
- Maintaining all payroll operations according to company policies and procedures.
- Processing and issuing HR related letters to employees.
- Ensure timeliness and accuracy of payroll processing function in accordance with payday timeline.
- Maintenance of payroll database with accuracy and compliance with statutory.
- Ensure new employees' statutory registration and deletion of members for resignee / leavers are done in a timely manner.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
