Location: Rawang, Selangor

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify customer needs and preferences by conducting market research.
• Recommend enhancements to current and future product lines by evaluating product specifications, assessing new ideas, and considering packaging modifications.
• Monitor market competition by comparing company products with competitors’ offerings.
• Define product marketing strategies and communication objectives based on market research.
• Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to develop sales strategies that enhance product market share.
• Evaluate sales performance by conducting field visits with sales teams and analyzing sales data.
• Prepare and present short-term and long-term sales forecasts, special reports, and analyses to support management decision-making.
• Ensure optimal inventory levels and product availability by adjusting production schedules as needed.
• Lead new product launches by analyzing product requirements, conducting ROI assessments, and coordinating with engineering and manufacturing teams.
• Market new products based on research data, production costs, and sales forecasts, and manage special or customized orders.
• Stay updated on industry trends by attending workshops, reviewing professional publications, and building a strong professional network.
• Contribute to team success by achieving related goals as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of a Master's degree in Business Studies, Sales, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Specialization in Marketing, Business Development, or a similar discipline.
• Proven track record within the FMCG industry.
• Minimum of 3 years in a relevant position.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Fixed shift
• Monday to Friday

Education:

• Post-Graduate (Preferred)

Experience:

• Marketing: 3 years (Preferred)
• Manufacturing: 3 years (Preferred)
