Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude
  • Manage reservations online & walk-ins, check-ins and check-outs
  • Manage room cleaning and housekeeping services
  • Handle phone calls and inquiries professionally
  • Assist guests with inquiries and facilitating their needs.

Requirements:

  • Related educational background or qualifications
  • Available to work shifts, over weekends, and on public holidays.
  • Good in writing and speaking in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in handling phone and basic computer systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Required)

  • hotel services: 2 years (Required)
