Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Manage reservations online & walk-ins, check-ins and check-outs
- Manage room cleaning and housekeeping services
- Handle phone calls and inquiries professionally
- Assist guests with inquiries and facilitating their needs.
Requirements:
- Related educational background or qualifications
- Available to work shifts, over weekends, and on public holidays.
- Good in writing and speaking in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in handling phone and basic computer systems

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
