Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion with highly sensitive and confidential information is mandatory JOB DESCRIPTIONS:- 1. To perform and provide support in the day-to-day general HR and office administration functions 2. To maintain an effective filing system and upkeep of employee records 3. Assist superior for the full spectrum of Human Resource functions including :- a) Manpower Planning b) Recruitment & Staffing c) Time Management d) Leave records e) Performance Appraisal f) Training and development, and employee relations. g) Payroll 4. To ensure the entire HR Operations functions are in accordance with the SOP, policies, and guidelines. 5. To facilitate preparation and/or improvement of HR & admin policies and procedures 6.
