Analog Layout Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Analog Layout Design Engineer with expertise in automotive-grade and high-voltage custom layout design, specifically in the BCD (Bipolar-CMOS-DMOS) process technology. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the development of our advanced semiconductor products, ensuring the highest level of quality and performance.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
• Collaborate closely with the design and engineering teams to understand project requirements and constraints.
• Create and optimize analog and mixed-signal custom layouts.
• Implement layout design techniques to meet stringent automotive reliability and safety standards.
• Perform detailed design rule checks (DRC) and layout vs. schematic (LVS) verification to ensure design accuracy and compliance.
• Address and resolve any layout-related issues, such as electromigration, parasitic capacitance, and coupling.
• Work with mask designers and foundry partners to facilitate the tape-out process and ensure successful silicon fabrication.
• Collaborate in the development of layout design methodologies, best practices, and automation scripts to improve design efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in analog layout design
• Proficiency in using industry-standard layout tools (e.g., Cadence Virtuoso).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical information.
