Job scopes of Operation Manager:
1). Manage daily front desk and back end restaurant operations.
2). Solve operational problems i.e. staff issues, customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
3). Maintain and ensure high customer service level.
4). Maintain appearance, preservation and cleanliness of all food and beverage.
5). Help plan and approves external and internal marketing and sales promotion activities for the food and beverages (including social media).
6). To lead the outlet to achieve the sales target.
7). Handle Business License (F&B).
8). Perform other related duties as required or as assigned.
