  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

1) Key Responsibilities

  • Lab Management and Client Collaboration: Collaborate with R&D Manager and Sales to manage daily lab operations and client interactions.
  • New Product Development and Launch: Work with various departments to develop and launch new products, maintaining direct client communication.
  • Research and Development Improvement: Improve products through research and development to meet customer needs.
  • Scientific Experimentation and Compliance: Design and execute scientific experiments for different dosage forms following guidelines and regulations.
  • Feasibility Studies and Opportunity Exploration: Conduct feasibility studies for product range expansion and new opportunities.
  • Shelf Life and Stability Studies: Conduct shelf life and stability studies for products.
  • Process Optimization and Collaboration: Optimize manufacturing processes in collaboration with all departments.
  • Formulation and Process Revision: Revise existing product formulations and processes for productivity and cost optimization.

2) Required Competencies:

  • Educational Background: Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology and Chemical Science.
  • Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of working experience in food manufacturing industry with related work experience as Research & Development Specialist.
  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
    • Strong analytical thinking and innovation skills
    • Positive and effective relationship-building with stakeholders
    • Team player mentality
    • Proficiency in written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
    • Proficient in computer skills
    • Previous experience in the Food Manufacturing industry is advantageous, providing valuable insights and understanding of industry-specific dynamics and requirements.
