Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute targeted sales activities to onboard new merchants and clients, aligned with assigned KPIs.
  • Manage a portfolio of corporate accounts, ensuring prompt and professional response to merchant and client needs, as well as negotiate agreements for commercial and service terms for both new and renewal agreements in order to drive retention and revenue growth.
  • Serve as a pivotal coordinator for project deliverables and post-sales production support, addressing merchant and client concerns through comprehensive issue investigation, solution development, and reporting.
  • Conduct research to understand key merchant and client requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Business or Finance.
  • 5 years of experience in Key Account Management and/or working with corporate accounts, with a focus on solution-based services.
  • Demonstrate independence, passion, self-motivation and results-driven mindset, capable of working autonomously to achieve set KPIs.
  • Showcase exceptional communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills. Able to competently present business proposals.
  • Proficient in Account Development & Retention, Sales Pipeline & Forecast Management and Project Management.
