Technician (M&E)

• To coordinate and support all Mechanical and Electrical task assignment required at site; • To monitor the progress of the work daily and keep accurate records of the work activities; • To ensure complete site reports and other records; • To assist superior in planning and arrangement of tasks; • To comply to Company’s Quality System, occupational safety, health and environmental requirements are addressed and met at all times; • To ensure proper filing of all project related documents in soft and hard copies for the company future reference; • To solve problems arise at site as well as the design issues to minimize the inputs from Principal Consultants unless really necessary; • To attend to Request for Inspections (RFI’s) and witnessing tests on all mechanical & electrical equipment/system installed at site; • To prepare and submit reports for any information requests or deviations from the required standards; • To manage preparation of Punch List for mechanical/ electrical equipment /system installed at site for submitting / discussing with the client; • To monitor the quality of work, identify, and address any defects or issues promptly; • To supervise and oversee construction activities at the site and coordinate with subcontractors to arrange their work schedules according to the work programs; • To manage the contractors and subcontractors effectively, while maintaining good relationships with clients and consultants;
